Referring to your letter of the 4th May last, I

21 Dec: 1894. have the honour to enclose (in original to be returned) a

letter which we have received from Mr W.C.Barlow, Assistant

Master Queens College, Hong Kong, stating that he is en-

-titled to an increment of $60 from the 1st January next,

and I have to request that wo may be furnished with the
